Ease of use of Admin Panel

Admin panel of Thumbpin is very easy to operate and use. Admin will be able to login to admin panel of Thumbpin by providing the credentials (i.e. username and password). Admin will be able to manage the whole system from admin panel once logged in with credentials.

Attractive Admin Dashboard

After login with admin credentials admin dashboard is shown which is very attractive and user friendly in terms of representation. The graphical user interface (GUI) of admin panel is so much attractive that it is shown with different modules with different numerical statistics.

Rich Text WYSIWYG Editor

In Thumbpin admin panel is provided with rich text WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor in which admin will be able to add/edit details to simplify content creation. Admin will be able to manage different static pages and email templates with the help of Rich Text WYSIWYG editor.

Content Management System (CMS)

Admin will be able to manage the content of different static pages using CMS. Admin will be able to search results by keyword, select no. of records to be displayed on page, add new static page, view static page details, edit static page details, delete record, make the status of any record as activate/deactivate and pagination functionality.

User Management

Admin will be able to manage different registered users (Service providers as well as customers) of site from user management section. Admin will be able to search results by keyword, select no. of records to be displayed on page, view user details, edit user details, delete user record and make the status of any user record as activate/deactivate.

Multi Language (LTR) Management with constants

Admin will be able to manage multiple languages (LTR – Left to right) from admin panel. Admin will be able to manage multiple languages with its Field constants, message constants and title constants.

Location/Region (Country, state and city) management

Admin will be able to manage different countries, states and cities from manage region section. Admin will be able to search results by keyword, select no. of records to be displayed on page, edit details, delete record and make the status of any record as activate/deactivate.

Service Categories and sub categories (i.e. services) management

Admin will be able to manage different service categories and sub categories (i.e. services) from service management section. Admin will be able to search results by keyword, select no. of records to be displayed on page, edit details, delete record and make the status of any record as activate/deactivate

Request Form management (i.e. Dynamic Form Builder)

Admin will be able to manage request/Dynamic forms from admin panel. Request form will be based on service category and sub category (i.e. service). So, when customer requests a new service he/she will be displayed common fields and dynamic fields based on selected service category and sub category of service request.

Credit Package management

Admin will be able to manage different credit packages (i.e. membership plans) of service providers from user management section. Admin will be able to search results by keyword, select no. of records to be displayed on page, edit details, delete record and make the status of any record as activate/deactivate.

View Payment History of users (i.e. service providers)

Admin will be able to view payment history of different users (i.e. service providers) from payments section. Admin will be able to search results by keyword and select no. of records to be displayed on page.

Service request management

Admin will be able to view service requests of different customers from service request management section. Admin will be able to search results by keyword, select no. of records to be displayed on page, view details, edit details and delete service record.
