Private messaging system (PMS)
Using Private messaging system (PMS), users (service provider as well customer) will be able to communicate (i.e. send message) to each other.

Language selection for users (Multi language module)
User will be able to select language from the list and site constants will get changed based on language selected by user. Multiple languages with its constants will be managed by admin from admin panel.

System Alert messages
In Thumbpin system alert messages will be there and it will be based on any event triggered by user. For ex: - If user wants to delete any post and when user clicks on delete option, a system generated alert message will be displayed to user which says ‘Are you sure you want to delete this post’ and it has two options ‘Yes’ and ‘no’. If user clicks on ‘yes’ then post will be deleted and if user clicks on ‘no’ then alert message will get closed.

Content or Unique Design
In Thumbpin we have provided a very unique design and content for the ease of user access and to have an easy yet enhanced graphical user interface (GUI). So, this unique feature helps the website visitors to visit the website with ease and also can be able to convert them from visitors to users of the website.

Payment Gateway Integration (PayPal) to receive payments for credit package plans
Payment module is a very important part in Thumbpin when service provider purchases a credit package plan. To ensure the system to be transparent we have integrated rich featured PayPal Standard as our payment gateway in Thumbpin.

In the home page of website different customer stories (i.e. reviews given by customer to service provider) will be displayed with details such as provider name, star ratings, no. of reviews of service provider, review description and customer name.

Pin-point service location on Google MAP
While posting a new service request, customer will be able to Pin-point service location on Google MAP. By Pin-pointing location, location (country, state and city) details with zip code will be displayed to user.

List of popular services
By clicking on category type from home page, user will be displayed list of popular services with name and image thumbnail of service. When user mouse over on ‘Service’, he/she will be displayed ‘Send request’ option and by clicking on that option user will be able to send a new service request. Popular services (i.e. to show service on home page) will be managed by admin from admin panel.

Help tool tip
This unique feature is provided for the ease of user access. Suppose if the user if surfing the Thumbpin platform and if user is unable to understand something then help tool-tip is integrated as a question-mark after particular thing and by pointing mouse arrow over it user can come to know what actually it is.
