Customer profile contains personal details (Name, Email, contact number, Description, address details with zip code), work records (Number of task assigned), % of positive ratings, customer verification status and reviews posted for customer. Customer will be able to edit his/her profile from “Edit Profile” option.

In customer dashboard by clicking on “My Task”, customer will be able to view selected Tasker details along with task details and its status. Customer will be able to send message to the Tasker by clicking on “Send Message” button. After completion of task, customer will receive generated invoice from Tasker which will be accepted or rejected by him/her. If it is accepted, amount will be deducted from customers account.
This will contain review details received from the different Taskers after the work completion by Tasker. It will display up-votes and down-votes given to customer by respective Tasker along with review description.
Transaction History contains details of the payments done by the customer to Tasker after completion of tasks

Financial and Billing Information
Financial information will display customer’s bank details (bank account number, SSN number and bank routing number). Similarly billing information will display stored card details (card number, expiration date and security code) in Braintree.

Invoice Records contain invoices shared by the Tasker to customers for his/her work. Tasker can view invoice details along with invoice acceptance status (Accepted, Pending and Rejected).

Customer will be able to change his/her password, manage his/her notification preference and will be able to deactivate his/her account.

Send Invitation to Tasker/ Hire Tasker
Customer will be able to search provider by selecting category, sub-category and location. Customer will also be able to select date, time slot, working type and required vehicle details.
