Pet owner has to pay the commission to the admin from the total booking amount on the basis of commission percentage as set by the admin.

Admin will set the redemption commission which will be applicable to the user, who requests for redemption of amount from admin.

Both users and admin have an option to view all the transactions – payments sent and payments received at one place for better analysis.

The Pet owner has to pay a fixed amount of fees as Cancellation charges when he cancels a confirmed booking.

Pet owners need not send a request for booking but can directly make the payment, as calculated, and the booking gets confirmed.

Pet owners will have an option to give star ratings as well as reviews to the Pet sitters after the completion of the service.

Pet owners can manage all their listed Pets by editing the Pet details easily.

There will be an option for “report a Pet sitter”, a Pet owner will be able to report a Pet sitter about the given service and the admin will be able to take action for the same.

Pet sitter can manage all their services by accepting/rejecting service requests. Even they have the advantage to view service statuses such as accepted, pending etc. He/she can also cancel any confirmed booking from here. He can also see all the past services done here.

A Pet owner can add any Pet sitter and services to his favourite which he can check out in future whenever he needs. This gives him quick access to his choices at the time of booking.

Pet sitters can easily manage service requests from Pet owners and will also be able to maintain the record of it along with service status.

Pet sitters can view received reviews so that it is helpful to him/ her, for getting more service requests and analyze themselves.

In the signup and login page user will also have the facility to sign up/login using his/her Facebook credentials along with login with Email credentials.
