Admin panel of Thumbpin is very easy to operate and use where he can login to admin panel of Thumbpin by providing the credentials and manage the whole system.
The graphical user interface (GUI) of admin panel is very much attractive and user friendly in terms of representation and it is shown with different modules with different numerical statistics.
Admin will be able to manage different static pages and email templates with the help of Rich Text WYSIWYG editor.
Admin will be able to manage the content of different static pages using CMS.
Admin will be able to manage different registered users (Service providers as well as customers) of site from user management section.
Admin will be able to manage multiple languages (LTR – Left to right) from admin panel.
Admin will be able to manage different countries, states and cities from manage region section.
Admin will be able to manage different service categories and sub categories (i.e. services) from service management section.
Service Provider Features
Service provider’s profile contains personal details, address details, work records, business profile, etc which he/she can edit by clicking on ‘Edit profile option’.
Service provider’s business portfolio contains service images which are added/deleted by service provider.
Service provider’s work record contains Total no. of quotes which are made by service provider and total no. of quotes which are completed by service provider.
Ratings and reviews panel contains reviews and ratings which service provider has received from customer after the work completion/service done by provider.
Service provider will receive service notifications based on service category and sub categories (i.e. services).
By clicking on ‘Quotes placed’ option, service provider will be able to view quotes which are placed by him/her. Further, he/she can filter the results by selecting (open/hired/rejected) option.
Service provider will have credit package plans so that they will be able to purchase credit package plans and will get total no. of credits which are included in credit package plan. Credit package plan will be managed by admin.
Service provider will have wallet facility wherein they will be able to view credits details, Redeem requests made by service provider, Buy more credits option and payment history of service provider.
Customer profile contains customer name, location, Email, contact number, customer will also be able to edit his/her profile by clicking on ‘Edit’ option.
In customer’s Dashboard, by clicking on ‘My request’ option customer will be able to view service requests which are posted by him/her.
In the service requests section, customer will receive quotes (Max. 5) from service providers. Customer can accept/reject the quote of service provider based on various parameters.
In the home page of Thumbpin, different service categories with images are displayed, which can be further explored more by the customer.
In the sign up Form user needs to select user type (Service provider/customer) and after that user needs to fill up the required details of the form and user will also be able to login once he/she has activated his/her account
In the sign up and login page user will also have the facility to sign up/login using his/her Facebook credentials along with login with Email credentials.
In Thumbpin once service has been completed by service provider, customer will be able to give Feedback (i.e. Review and rating) to service provider for the work done by service provider.

By signing up with credentials user will get verification mail on his/her Email.

In Thumbpin Password recovery feature is mainly used to retrieve the password which is already forgotten.
Service provider will be able to Flag the service posted by customer if service provider finds something inappropriate in the service. Service which is marked as Flagged will be notified to admin.
Using Private messaging system (PMS), users (service provider as well customer) will be able to communicate (i.e. send message) to each other.
User will be able to select language from the list and site constants will get changed based on language selected by user. Multiple languages with its constants will be managed by admin from admin panel.
In Thumbpin system alert messages will be there and it will be based on any event triggered by user.
